Give us a glimpse into your life story so far with an emphasis on what you are doing currently?
In 1998 started a career with the Procter and Gamble company and is now at the top of the technical career system helping design and launch products in the Olay range, Max factor and for Dolce Gabbana in Milan. Met a retired head of dermatology from Oxford Uni who opened up the issue of skincare in resource-poor settings. This led to Paul founding an Ethiopian NGO with the vision of eradicating an issue called Podoconiosis within his lifetime, an issue that affects over 1.5 million people in Ethiopia. Since 2012 the charity has treated 37 000 Podo patients and distributed 760.000 pairs of shoes through a partnership with TOMS.
