Give us a glimpse into your life story so far with an emphasis on what you are doing currently?
I went and trained as a dancer, and now have two roles. One is that I'm the head of engagement for a hip hop dance theatre company based in central London. I'm also the chair of the board at Sport Cheer England, which is the national governing body for the sport of competitive cheerleading in England.

Where on earth is your place or reset or re-charge?
My place is Barcelona which is where I feel closest to my dad who passed away a few years ago.

What wonder of the natural world excites you the most?
The mountains of Switzerland

What is your story of hopefulness (not your own) about a person, business or non-profit who are doing amazing things for the world?
An incredible cafe called Fair shot in London. A social enterprise that supports and transforms the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and autism through training them to be baristas and work in coffee shops.

As we prepare to re-enter, what insight, wisdom or question would you like to share with us?
The courage to ask for help, be vulnerable, network, meet people and realise that for many people you will also be helpful to them.
