Give us a glimpse into your life story so far with an emphasis on what you are doing currently?
At some point, I had this kind of moment of realisation that I was in the best paid job I'd ever had. I was writing speeches for execs of big corporates and I had an amazing girlfriend, but I fundamentally had not even come close to asking myself the question of who I was. And I was at a point where I had this crushing realisation that came in the form of depression and anxiety for the first time in a really heavy way.

Where on earth is your place or reset or re-charge?
The ocean, I like the fact that it's a piece of the natural world that can't be controlled.
Q4: Wonder
What wonder of the natural world excites you the most?
The body. All the unhappiest periods of my life have been when I've been ignoring the intuition that exists in my body

What is your story of hopefulness (not your own) about a person, business or non-profit who are doing amazing things for the world?
I'm actually gonna go for probably the most important story of hope for humanity at the moment and I'm going to choose the worm...
